Job Description
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software systems, including servers, PCs, printers, and other peripherals.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to staff on hardware and software issues, including network connectivity problems and system errors.
- Maintaining an up-to-date inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
- Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend and implement improvements to the organization's IT infrastructure.
- Providing training and support to staff on IT-related issues, including software applications and hardware use.
