Job Description

Social Media management

  • Assisting the management by managing the brand and sharing updates on brand progress & if any road blocks Build and manage social media profiles for our brand on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc. ]
  • Create platform appropriate content to spread the brand and to create a community for engaging & building relationships with customers & potential customers.
  • Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns. Execution of all social media activities (i.e. tweeting, sharing, engaging, liking, increasing social reach, etc.
  • Explore new ways & platforms for reaching out to target audiences. Ideate and run regular promotions and campaigns and also track their utility.
  • Monitor social media trends for the brand and related topics and conversations. To respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.

Digital Strtegic role

  • Liaise with development teams to assure digital marketing projects are completed timely. Knowledge of building forms and landing pages a plus.
  • Conceptualize, manage, maintain and report on projects for the enhancement and daily maintenance of all digital properties – web, email, digital display, social, analytics, and campaigns.
  • Develop methods to acquire qualitative and quantitative metrics for analyzing and reporting on digital activity, and visitor interaction with digital assets. Generate regular reports on the digital activity of visitors.
  • Develops and/or identifies digital solutions to operational problems throughout the institution, inclusive of lead generation streams, surveys, vanity URLs and activity tracking
  • Guide and work collaboratively with team members, training as necessary on web and digital concepts, targeting and best practices.
  • Manage and maintain the day-to-day tactical operations of Salesforce Marketing, Google Adwords, Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
  • Extensive experience with these or other similar digital targeting programs a must.
  • Manage the advertisement and digital/ social content distribution of event announcements and member engagement activities.
  • Manage vendor relations to maintain and enhance database targeting techniques, enterprise email solutions, digital display network, and campaign development. Liaise interactions between vendors and the organization, translating business requirements into actionable results-driven activity.
  • Monitors web for relevant corporate and industry information, and mentions of corporate staff.
  • Oversees the development of tracking dashboards and reporting tools to manage campaign performance.
  • SEM/SEO expertise managing detailed search campaigns a must.
  • Understand the digital touchpoints throughout the member and clients journey, and brainstorms ways to enhance and engage. Experience with DX design to enhance the user experience a big plus.
  • Work regularly with other departments, stakeholders and management to gain support and accomplish tasks.
  • Works collaboratively with all departments to edit and produce consumable content via all available digital channels. Schedule, deliver, maintain and monitor the content on behalf of the organization
  • Works with internal team on the development of marketing and advertising campaigns, inclusive of setting up the back-end for lead generation and performance tracking

Content management

  • Writing blogs and social media content as and when required basis crisis or any immediate need
  • Completing writing projects, meeting deadlines and following content requirements in terms of style and project specifications
  • Revising content whenever it requires changes
  • Helping create style guides or suggesting changes to ensure content is consistent and clear
  • Working with top management and department to define their content needs
  • Conducting research on any given topic
Job Specification
  • Familiar with financial planning and strategy
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
  • Self-motivated yet customer-focused
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the service industry
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends etc.)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
