Job Description
• Meet and exceed customer service and team member expectations by offering Yes I Can! service and teamwork.
• Assist with menu and recipe planning.
• Prepare the workplace, perform misallocations, and review work setups and misallocations of assigned personnel.
• Coordinate breakfast, lunch and dinner service and ensure correct order of service.
• Monitor and control the cleanliness of the kitchen area and appliances. • Manage all food preparation, production and serving to ensure consistent food quality in accordance with hotel standard operating procedures, food safety and hygiene standards.
Job Specification
• Chinese food and Chinese restaurant business expertise. Obtaining a “Chinese Cuisine Cooking” qualification will give you an additional advantage.
• Good knowledge of English
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic and challenging work environment.
• Fun personality, polite and friendly.
