Job Description
- Develop HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Oversee talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, compensation, and benefits.
- Coordinate between staff and management to resolve conflicts that arise in the workplace.
- Establish and implement HR efforts that effectively communicate and support the company's mission and strategic vision.
- Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans to meet the human capital needs of strategic goals.
- Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function.
- Lead the employee relations department by overseeing staff benefits administration, labor relations activities, and other related duties.
Job Specification
- MBA or MA/MS in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a company or enterprise.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software/application.
