Position: Sales Person (Hot Job)

Job Description

• Greeting customers as they walk in and offering assistance in selecting apparel and accessories
• Directing customers by escorting them to racks and counters; suggesting items.
• Advising customers on their purchases
• Promoting sales through positive customer service efforts.
• Helping to keep the store organized and clean by straightening merchandise and monitoring fitting rooms.
• Helping customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.
• Taking cash and credit card payments
• Documents sale by creating or updating customer profile records.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Working on varying schedules and attending store meetings.

Job Specification

• Should have good listening skills, Customer Service skills, Meeting Sales Goals, Selling to Customer Needs
• Should have product knowledge, people skills, energy level, dependability, Verbal Communication in English and Nepali
• Must be open to longer hours during business times.
• Basic math skills are a must;
• Shifts usually fall within the daytime and early evening hours. However, expect longer hours - and more opportunities for shifts - during the holiday season
• Candidates from Patan areas will be preferrable
