Job Description

Job Details : 

  • Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business. Research and build relationships with new clients.
  • Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
  • Set up meetings between client decision makers.
  • You will be required to identify, monitor, develop and manage opportunities to supply products in the sanitary sector.
  • Coordinate & communicate the Project/Retail activity
  • Proactively follow up projects throughout the sales process.
  • Monitor and report the status of Project/Retail throughout the cycle.
  • Preparation of monthly sales forecast and Project/Retail sales budgets.
  • Preparation and presentation of solutions and quotations.
  • Prepare and present technical, commercial, product presentations to all sectors.
  • Implement marketing campaigns, activities, events etc.
  • Promote, present the different Business Units / Brands activity.
  • Observe competitor activities, collect and report all significant information.
  • Conduct training presentations, seminars, events etc.
  • Managing/monitoring sales team.
  • Compiling report form sales team and forward to the management.
  • You will be required to achieve Sales target given by Management mobilizing sales team

 

Job Specification

Requirment : 

  • A strong knowledge of the sanitary ware, bathroom fittings industry and related trading environment.
  • Experience in same field is preferred but for the strong candidate similar work experience will be entertained.
  • Sales / Management experience within a manufacturing or trading environment, minimum of 2 years.
  • Minimum regional exposure to the operational level. Minimum 2 years.
  • Proven experience of the Project/Retail Project sales process.
  • Comprehensive understanding of supplying products to Project/Retail and supply process.
  • Computer Literate with extensive knowlege in Ms-Excel and other Office packages
  • Good Communication Skills (English and Nepali).
  • Should have own bike and two wheeler license.
