Post: Lecturer on “Restaurant Service and Operation”
Position Availability: 1
Requirements:

  • To impart practical knowledge on operational aspects of operation of various F and B Service Outlets
  • To create general awareness of the importance of Food and Beverage Service in Hotel and Restaurant Operation
Job Specification

Competencies:

  • High proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Able to deliver the course effectively and efficiently
  • Passionate, Willingness to excel, take challenges
  • Able to adjust themselves with the Swiss Standard
  • Motivate to perform excellent results

Lecturer Qualification:

  • Masters’ Degree in Hotel Management
  • Bachelors’ Degree in Hotel Management

Experience:

  • If Masters’ Degree is completed, minimum 2 years of teaching experience in
    Bachelors Level in any institution with 3 year of experience in related
    industry
  • If Bachelors’ Degree is completed, minimum 3 years of
    teaching experience in Bachelors Level in any institution with 3 years
    of experience in related industry.
