Job Description
Post: Lecturer on “Facilities Management”
Position Availability: 1
Requirements:
- Understanding the physical systems in a hospitality property
- Knowledge of HVAC (Heating, ventilation and air conditioning)
- Knowledge of electrical provision, refrigeration, plumbing, water supply, fire prevention, and road and parking system
- Emphasis on equipment, personnel and technology
- Planning and design techniques and energy management
- Knowledge of Telecommunication systems
Job Specification
Lecturer Qualification: Preferable Master’s Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical) or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical)
Experience:
- If Masters’ Degree is completed, minimum of 3 years teaching experience in Bachelors Level in any institutions with 1 year of experience in related industry
- If Bachelors’ Degree is completed, minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in Bachelors Level in any institutions with 1 year of experience in related industry.
Competencies:
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is must.
- Able to deliver the course effectively and efficiently
- Passionate, Willingness to excel, take challenges
- Able to adjust themselves with the Swiss Standard
- Motivate to perform excellent results
