Job Description
Reports directly to the CEO, the executive assistant provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship. He/she serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Office of the CEO. The Executive assistant also serves as a liaison to the board of directors and senior management teams.
 
 
The executive assistant completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO:
- managing an extremely active calendar of appointments;
- setting reminder for the CEO regarding meetings;
- composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential;
- contacting high level personnel on behalf of the CEO;
- arranging detailed travel plans and agendas and
- compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
 
Job Specification
- Ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations,
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Good letter writing skills
- Administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities
- Good computer skills – Office package
 
 
Qualification:
BBA/BBS graduate
Prior experience with communication, documentation, time scheduling and organization aspects are preferable.
