Post: Bakery Chef – Instructor
Position Available – 1
Major Job responsibilities:
- Bakery Production – maintain smooth operations following safety and hygiene procedures in production
- Monitor all food purchases, storage and provision areas.
- Support and train staff as per their need
- Monitor the supervision and evaluation of students while undergoing practical training in bakery
- Assist with the Cost Control of ODC / special event programs
- Teach students as per GATE Academic / Vocational curriculum requirements

Qualification required:
Diploma in hotel management/intermediate with 5 years of experience in Kitchen or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience in Star hotel.
