Job Description
- Document financial transaction by entering account information.
- Secure financial information by completing database backups.
- Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information and trends.
- Preparing bills for customers and clients for the services provided and also collecting those payments.
- Compute tax owed, tax returns, their payments and other requirements.
- Keep track of expenditures and analyze budgets.
Job Specification
- A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or any other relevant subject.
- Must be highly skilled in dealing with financial and numeric data.
- Must be highly skilled in use of MS Word, Excel Spreadsheets and Tally.
- Must able to handle the occasional administrative needs of the department.
- Must have very good verbal skills.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounting is required.
- A valid two wheeler license is compulsory.
