HEAD OF FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION
This position sits in the Company's Top Management team and oversees the financial, accounting and procurement function of the company and is responsible to maintain the compliance on policies and procedures to maintain excellent corporate governance. Reporting to CEO, this position assists on all strategic matters of the company.
This role leads the finance and procurement team and is responsible to report the stakeholders on all financial matters with an added supervisory responsibility of Human Resource function.
Requirements

  • MBA in Finance, CA or ACCA.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant field in a manufacturing set up with 5 years in leadership position.
  • Proficient in accounting, MIS & database computer application systems and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and organization skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

FINANCE MANAGER
Prepare management report on timely basis, timely update of books, timely filing of tax returns including VAT, Excise, TDS and all applicable requirements, lead the unit during any tax assessment. Assist in dealing with banks for funded/non funded facilities, ensure company is compliant with all applicable and relevant rules ensuring smooth operation of organization, assist in preparing periodic reports and plan for senior managment.
Requirements

  • Masters in Finance/CA.
  • More than 5 years of experience in finance having experience in multinational FMCG/Beverage company will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent in spreadsheet program.
  • Having strong communication and writing skills.

PROCUREMENT MANAGER
Prepare procurement plan on timely basis, ensure smooth supply chain to have effective operations, develop supplier base, lead in negotiating prices for all kind of materials, assist in preparing periodic reports and plan, assist

  • Masters or gradute in relevant field.

Prepare effective marketing plan (both brand and channel plan) in order to achieve targeted market share and brand health through proper promotional and advertisement campaigns. Work closely with the sales team to recommend effective sales promotional strategies. Responsible to maintain media, agency and supplier network to execute marketing reated tasks effectively.

KEY ACCOUNTS MANAGER
Ensure proper placement and distribution of company products in high end outlets, MONT and MOFT. Effective implementation of promotional activities and placement of merchandising and branding materials at the outlets. Responsible to negotiate and execute effective outlet tie ups and agreements to generate maximum sales and maintaining mutually beneficial clauses.

  •  A Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering.
  •  More than 10 to 12 years experience of working in production floor of FMCG, Beverage or RTD Juices.
  • Strong insight of Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Industrial Safety.
  •  Hands on experience on production line. Exposure to utility engineering is an added advantages.

BRAND EXECUTIVE
Preparation of company's annual brand plan and effective implementation of marketing related activities to boost brand health and enhance market share and sales of the product.

CHANNEL EXECUTIVE
Effective channel activation plans (BTL) and identification of the right tools and materials to run the activations in coordination with the marketing and field sales team to boost the visibility, trial and off take of our products. Requirements

SALES EXECUTIVES
Responsible to execute sales plan in the field and achieve set targets and support the Area Sales Manager. Plan effective visitation at all level (dealers, wholesalers, retailers) through different channels to ensure high quality execution, generate orders and maintaining the product pipleine.

A role model to handle the Quality Aspects of a product like Red Bull. Exposure to Quality Systems & need to play a lead role in setting & pioneering the Quality Manuals, procedures & SOPs to Production processes. Ability to handle Internal & External stake holders for quality concerns and handling market concerns in close coordination with sales team.
Requirements

  • A Bachelor's of Science (BSc) or equivalent with microbiology as one of the special subject.
  • More than 8 to 10 years experiance of working in QA and handling Quality role in FMCG, Beverage industry.
  • Good analytical skills and drive quality function in solution oriented manner.
  • Able to handle water Treatment Plants (WTP & ETP) and hands on knowledge with these areas.
  • Ability to identify the skill/gap analysis within the team and work closely with team as trainer & coach to Quality Team.

SALES COORDINATOR
This position is the main custodian of all sales related data and also prepares various sales reports to support sales team to enhance sales productivity and help the team for their daily sales planning and forcasting sales based on the data and reports. Coorindates with sales team, dealers and factory for daily dispatches and order bookings.
Requirements

  •  Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Management.
